Like many of her peers, Faqihah expresses a desire for a standard work arrangement that aligns with regulatory norms and promotes mental health.

Maria Wardani echoes this sentiment, noting that work-life balance has become a critical factor in her job search following a layoff. She emphasizes that job seekers should critically assess workplace culture and the nature of flexibility offered, as they aim to engage more holistically with their lives outside work.
